We are seeking a well-organised, highly responsible and self-motivated team player to provide administrative support to our office at OFF Piotrkowska Center in Lodz. As our new Office Assistant you will support our teams with variety of ongoing projects and control the rhythm of our business, allowing our office to run like a well-oiled machine.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- administration of the office
- managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- operating the switchboard
- reception of e-mail correspondence, responding to e-mails within competences
- archiving correspondence and documents
- supervising correct circulation of documents and ensuring proper flow of information
- preparation projects of outgoing correspondence, briefs, reports
- providing clients with overall information about the employer
- fixing and coordinating appointments
- assisting clients and guests
- preparing materials and documents connected with meetings, briefs from meetings
- preparing printouts or copies of documents,
- organizing and equipping the office with products essential for its functioning
- other activities necessary within the performed post
REQUIREMENTS
- prior administrative office experience
- experience with customer service and/or real estate market is an advantage
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluency in both written and spoken english
- proficiency with microsoft office suite
- excellent organization skills
- ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
