Supports the accounting department through account assignment, completion and circulation of documents, settlement of rents and operating fees, and preparing depreciation schedules for fixed assets, as well as key financial data for lenders, lessors and insurance companies.

Supports our Accounting Department by managing trade receivables in relation to payable invoices, keeping accounts and records, conducting bank account operations and preparing continuity schedules for both fixed and intangible assets.

Researches and analyses the condition of the property market, while simultaneously taking good care of the corporate image of our company. She prepares periodic reports on the office, housing and investments sectors in cooperation with research and academic facilities, and oversees the development and implementation of OPG’s marketing strategy.

HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Manages residential development projects. Maintains good relations with potential clients by providing them with professional insight, advisory support and recommendation of new investment opportunities. Identifies new ways of increasing the income for the clients, developers and investors.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsible for running the sales office of real estate development projects, creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Researches real estate market trends to identify potential business opportunities. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and negotiating contracts.

Michalina Jasiak

SENIOR NEGOTIATOR & MARKETING SPECIALIST

She is responsible for the commercialisation of office spaces, including the newly constructed FERN building. With her experience and energy, she also supports the marketing activities of commercial projects managed by OPG. She is committed to advising on the entire process of leasing office or service space and effortlessly develops optimal solutions.

LEASING SPECIALIST

Supports our Leasing Department with day-to-day operations regarding lease of commercial spaces. She prepares made-to-measure offers, and provides assistance and accurate consultancy to our potential clients, while taking great care and maintaining good relationships with the current tenants.

Julia Olczyk

LEASING SPECIALIST

She is involved in the commercialisation of space, focusing her activities on OFF Piotrkowska Center. In the process of leasing space, she suggests, advises, and takes care of tenants. She helps to choose and adapt the office, also to the unusual needs of the creative industries. With an open mind full of ideas, she also supports the team's marketing activities.

Maciej Majzner

MARKETING & COMMUNITY MANAGER OFF PIOTRKOWSKA CENTER

As a Marketing Manager, he supports the development of OFF Piotrkowska Center, manages its communication and activities building the external image. At the same time - as Community Manager - he is tasked with creating a community and creative OFF's ecosystem. He creates a calendar of artistic and cultural events in the spaces of the former Ramisch factory, coordinating or supporting their organization. He is responsible for the implementation of the ModaNaŁódź project.

HEAD OF PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Leads a team of professionals specialising in development and construction. Coordinates works in terms of both the preparation and completion of the projects. Responsible for putting out to tender construction works for new projects, budget-making and controlling expenditures. Keeps a watchful eye on the due performance of the contracts, including fit-out arrangements.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Oversees development and manages projects in terms of the construction of residential investments and finishing new commercial spaces at OFF Piotrkowska Center. He keeps control over the quality of design and construction works. Provides consultancy in terms of obtaining necessary permits.

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Supports our Property Development Department in terms of design, construction, finishing, arrangement of space, and settlement. Works to create a seamless flow between all the individual units involved in the investment process.

Keeps full property administration in check, ensuring its seamless and proper functioning. She develops and implements solutions that help maximise profit for the property owners. Maintains good relations with the tenants and lease-holders.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

She supports our Property Management Department by controlling the proper technical condition of the buildings. Coordinates the maintenance personnel and prepares agreements with the utility providers and other necessary contractors.

The beating heart of our office who takes care of the proper circulation of documents, materials and…positive vibes. Being in charge of the secretary’s office, Agata, among other things, keeps a check on the meetings calendar and ongoing correspondence, all the while being the frontline contact person for customers, partners and suppliers.

Supports the Investment Department in the area of real estate market research by analysing current trends and data on the residential, office and service markets. Supports all OPG brand image activities.

Responsible for the planning, implementation, and acquisition of new members for the Co \ Walk HUB project - an innovative space for startups and freelancers from the IT / TECH industry. Obtains business leads, supporting the cooperation of startups, scaleups and freelancers with the local business environment.

JUNIOR OFFICE MANAGER CO\WALK HUB

Responsible for legal, financial and administrative matters at CoWalk HUB. Builds HUB community relationships by providing top-notch services. Helps organize technology events in the space.
